We work to develop in depth and simplified pro forma analyses with clients for any potential business venture utilizing NPV, IRR, ROI and ROIC metrics as applicable and giving guidance on appropriate utilization of contribution margin and revenue relative to industry benchmarks.

We work with clients on revenue growth and optimization in a scale-build situation; but also work on margin optimization from top line margin accretive initiatives and cost elimination measures, taking allocation spreads into detailed consideration in each option.

In organizations in financial distress or with underperforming assets, we are able to provide full-scale operating revenue and operating expense guidance to propel organizations through turnaround situations.

We also work closely with academic medical centers and universities on developing formulas and methodologies for academic or university support payments from AMCs and health systems back to university owners or partners to fund other mission-driven academic initiatives, taking long-range strategic growth and financial plans into account.
